Our production
The Farm's
production concept is best described as a sustainable organic and
totally toxic free growing method. All products are therefor guaranteed
organically grown.
Carefully selected plants that attract beneficial insects are cultivated
to assist in this production concept. Thus insects are used as instruments
to keep other pests at bay and below damaging levels. Weeds are controlled
and destroyed by manual methods (hand hoeing),
The soil
is fertilized by using organic matter and compost. This includes
such
natural fertilizers such as bat guano, certain kinds of manure and
specialised crops which are grown specifically as fertilizers.
Currently,
Vegetable Basket Co., Ltd. has international recognition under
the standard set by the
International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement (IFOAM)
and certificated by Bioagricert from Italy.

วิธีการปลูกผักอินทรีย์
ไม่ใช้สารเคมี
เริ่มต้นจากการเตรียมแปลงปลูก
  
- การกำจัดวัชพืช เราเน้นกรรมวิธีทางธรรมชาติโดยใช้แรงงานคนเก็บถอนวัชพืช
(ไม่ใช้สารเคมี/ยาฆ่าวัขพืช)
- การพลิกหน้าดิน
เราใช้แรงงานคนขุด และ ตากดินไว้ 3 เดือน
- เมื่อตากดินแล้ว
เราจะย่อยดินให้ละเอียด หลังจากนั้น จะบำรุงดินโดยใช้ปุ๋ยคอก ผสมกับปุ๋ยหมัก
คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน จากนั้น พร้อมที่จะทำการปลูกผัก
วิธีการปลูก
  
เราใช้วิธีปลูก 2 วิธี
- หว่านเมล็ดพันธุ์ลงในแปลงปลูก พอกล้าอายุได้
15 วัน
เราจะถอนแยกไปปลูกลงอีกแปลงหนึ่ง
- ปลูกโดยย้ายกล้า เราจะเพาะกล้าไว้อีกที่หนึ่งแล้ว
ถึงย้ายมาปลูก
การบำรุงรักษา
  
- การใส่ปุ๋ย เราจะใช้ปุ๋ยคอกโรยลงแปลงปลูกแล้วพรวน
ดินผสมให้เข้ากัน
- การกำจัดศัตรูพืช เราใช้น้ำสะเดาหมัก (เราสกัดเอง),
ใช้แมลงบางชนิด
ไว้ปราบแมลงที่เป็นศัตรูพืช รวมทั้งกำจัดทำลายศัตรูพืชด้วยแรงงานคน
มาตรฐานของเรา
ขณะนี้ทางผักตะกร้าก้าวไปสู่มาตรฐานในระดับสากล
ภายใต้มาตรฐานของ สหพันธ์เกษตรอินทรีย์นานาชาติ (International Federation
of Organic Agriculture Movements หรือ IFOAM)
โดยผู้ตรวจรับรองคือ Bioagricert จากประเทศอิตาลี
 
การตรวจสอบหาสารพิษ
